nyt needs a science editor

God damn the New York Times. You can read that whole article titled, “At Specialty Garage, Making Hybrids Even Greener” and notice there’s not one mention of where the electrical energy comes from. I’ll tell you where it comes from: dirty, dirty coal. So now any unsuspecting reader comes away from that article thinking he should be driving an electric car, too. Sorry, but it doesn’t make any sense at all with today’s electricity sources.
